Local Transport Plans Delivering the government's shared priorities

A major shift is on the table for Local Transport Plan delivery. In the second round of Local Transport Plans, the government will be expecting local authorities to help meet its shared priorities of improving access to jobs and services, reducing confestion and pollution and improving safety.
Accessibility planning techniques, strategic environmental assessments, funding, land use planning, government guidance and new methods of monitoring outcomes will all be covered in this conference.
