The Productivity Agenda improving the delivery of our transport plans and increasing the productivity of transport planners

The Transport Skills Initiative has identified the need for both more human resources and improvements in the way transport projects are delivered, if the policy agenda and portfolio of schemes now in the pipeline are to be successfully delivered.
This conference will look at the urgent need to make better use of existing resources as well as defining and addressing the current problem areas. Delegates will hear about the barriers to delivery, what can be done to overcome them and practical case studies from speakers about the reality of improving delivery and how developing planning, management and implementation frameworks can help deliver improved performance.
