Local Authorites are now over half way through the five year Local Transport Plan (LTP) Process. And it seems timely to consider the current policy context and how that has shaped LTPs and what might shape LTPs in the future.
The conference focuses on the innovative ideas and delivery methods that have characterised some of the most successful LTPs. Representatives from Local Authorities with some of the highest APR scores will be on hand to tell you about their experiences and what they believe has contributed to that success. The conference will examine some of the policy themes shared with LTPs such as Best Value, Health, Social Exclusion and Air Quality.
